The 2017 academic year begins

Term starts this Weekend (Saturday 16th September and Sunday 17th September)

We don’t have any time to waste – there’s so much learning we need to cram into the year (especially with the new 9-1 GCSE syllabus and the changes to A-level maths). So, we want our students to get into their stride from the very first lesson…

You should have received your ‘WELCOME LETTER’ by now (if not, call us on 0333 1 2 33 44 5 to let us know!

Students should arrive at the first lesson:

  • And head straight for the registration desk (to pay the first term’s fee and hand in the signed the tear-off-slip that is sent out in the ‘WELCOME LETTER’.)
  • Promptly – aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your lesson; to allow time for you to complete the registration. All students (including continuing students) must visit the registration desk before coming to the classroom.
  • Having completed the WEB LESSONS: All students were set Web Lessons to complete before their first classroom lesson – Web Lessons are only used to teach simple, repetitive mathematical operations that don’t require the two-way interaction that real teaching does. That means that we expect our students to score 10/10 on each Web Lesson (okay, 9/10 will do!). Anything less suggests you aren’t concentrating!
  • Equipped: Make sure you bring pens, paper and a calculator to each and every lesson.

Note: SUNDAY 17 September is the Harrow Half Marathon, which means some nearby roads will be closed. Check the details here and leave early to allow for delays.
